GINISANG SARDINAS AT MISWA
Ginisang Sardinas with Miswa Noodles is easy to make in minutes and budget-friendly, too! It’s a hearty, nutritious, and delicious meal you’ll feel good serving the whole family. Ginisang sardinas is my go-to dish when I am pressed for time and need dinner in a hurry. It’s such a quick and easy meal to prepare, yet always hit the spot!
However, the addition of miswa is one tip I learned from a friend of mine who happens to be the smartest frugal homemaker I know. She states, “We were twelve kids in the family, and money was tight when we were growing up. My mother had to work with limited resources, and this ginisang sardinas at miswa comfortably fed the bunch of us for less”.Miswa is indeed an inexpensive yet delicious way to extend a meal. The two ounces added will easily double the servings you get from three small cans of sardines.
But cheap and affordable it may be, this sardines with miswa recipe is anything but short on flavor! The hearty tomato-flavored sauce, fork-tender fish, and delicate wheat noodles combine into the ultimate comfort food. It’s a filling and tasty dish you’ll love for all meals.
